The production of this book has been a long process of more than three years. A great number of legal documents had to be located, collected and then analysed in order to ascertain what was valid and what not, as there was no available consolidated text of the applicable legislation from the 1930’s until today. In fact, the purpose of this Book is for the reader to have an overview of the applicable Company Rules and Regulations which were originally published in the English language (in the 1930s during the British Rule) and subsequently amended by Regulations that were published in the Greek language. As a result, the condensed version of these Regulations consists in an attempt to translate and consolidate the full text of the Regulations in the English language in order to provide the reader with a concise English text.
