CITY OF LAW ANNOUNCES ITS NEW 2026 PUBLICATION

Cityoflaw.com announces that it has published the Online and Print English versions of the most important pieces of Tax Legislation in Cyprus, following the adoption of the new tax reform package.

This book, consisting of 6 parts, includes a Consolidated English translation of the following Tax Laws, including all amendments until today.

  2. The Assessment and Collection of Taxes Law of 1978 to 2025
  3. The Capital Gains Tax Law of 1980 to 2025
  4. The Special Contribution for the Defence of the Republic Law of 2002 to 2025

  6. The Value Added Tax Law of 2000 to 2025

Where applicable, the Articles of the relevant EU Directives appear in the form of footnotes, allowing the reader to compare community legislation which has supreme force and applicability over Cyprus law.
